All traffic lights at the junction of Wharfdale Road and Caledonian Road were switched off earlier this morning:
The lights have been replaced with temporary pedestrian-controlled crossings while works to the junction take place. It will take four to five weeks for the works to be completed, and for Caledonian Road to be returned to one-way traffic.
Thames Water are also carrying out works in the area. Expect some disruption in the meantime.
